These terms apply to roofwingman.com and to calls you place to Roof Wingman, a service operated by Falcon Six Media LLC ("we," "us"). By using the website or calling us, you agree to these terms.

What we do

Roof Wingman is a free referral service. We ask a few questions about your roof and, where a participating contractor serves your area, connect your call to that contractor. We do not inspect, repair, replace or install roofs, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Contractors are independent

Contractors we connect you with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not endorse, guarantee or warrant any contractor's work, pricing, licensing, insurance, warranties or conduct. You are responsible for checking a contractor's credentials and reviews and for deciding whether to hire them. Any estimate, contract, payment or dispute is between you and the contractor.

No guarantee of a match

Whether we can connect you depends on contractor availability in your ZIP code. We may not be able to connect every caller.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality, training, dispute resolution and record-keeping. By staying on the line after we tell you this, you consent to the recording. Our privacy policy explains how we handle recordings and the information you share.

Information on this website

Content on this website, such as typical roof lifespans and signs of damage, is general information, not professional advice about your home or your insurance coverage. Ask a qualified contractor or your insurer about your specific situation.

Acceptable use

Don't use the website or our phone line to make false or harassing calls, impersonate someone else, interfere with the service, or break the law.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Falcon Six Media LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work performed or not performed by a contractor. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
