Roof Wingman is a referral service operated by Falcon Six Media LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit roofwingman.com or call us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you call us, we collect:
- Your phone number and the date, time and length of the call.
- The general area your phone number is associated with.
- What you tell us during the call, such as your name, ZIP code or address, whether you own the home, the condition and age of your roof, and your timeline.
- A recording of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, dispute resolution and record-keeping.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider and advertising partners (such as Google and Meta) may collect standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, the ad or link that brought you here, and cookies or similar identifiers used to measure ad performance.
We do not use forms on this website to collect your contact information.
How we use information
- To connect you with an independent roofing contractor who serves your area.
- To confirm which calls were connected and handle billing with our partners.
- To review call quality and improve our service.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To comply with the law, respond to legal requests, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
How we share information
Connecting you with a contractor means sharing information about your call. We share it with:
- Contractors and call-routing partners. When you ask to be connected, we transfer your call and share the details you gave us with a participating contractor, or with a partner network that routes the call to one. These businesses pay us for the introduction, and they use your information under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers that run our phone lines, call tracking, hosting and record-keeping, only to provide those services to us.
- Authorities and others when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A buyer or successor if our business or this brand is sold or reorganized.
We do not sell lists of contact information. We do not share your information with anyone for the purpose of calling or texting you with marketing.
Calls and texts
We do not place marketing calls or send marketing texts. We speak with you only when you call us. If a contractor follows up with you after a call you placed, you can tell that contractor to stop contacting you.
How long we keep information
We keep call recordings and call records for up to four years so we can resolve disputes, reconcile billing and meet legal obligations, then delete them. We may keep them longer if the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop sharing information about you. Depending on where you live, including Texas, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, and you can appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response. Email hello@roofwingman.com with the phone number you called from. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
You can limit ad-measurement cookies through your browser settings and through the ad settings offered by Google and Meta.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This service is for homeowners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
